Party Like It's Friday

It's Friday night! After a VERY long and tiring week we have finally made it to the weekend! How did we start out celebrating? We bought chocolate and took a nap. Not even kidding.

We headed back to school around 7 for another sleepover. This time we are here with a very specific To Do list: Organize and Take inventory.

It took us over two hours to organize everything, but we finally finished and we are definitely happy with the results!

This is the prize cabinet! Kids collect tokens throughout the day for speaking English and they get to choose to either grab a prize at the end or save up for bigger prizes.

We're in the process of collecting paper towel rolls, juice cartons and cereal boxes for crafts and games. All of the cereal boxes on the top shelf came from Audrey and me.. I'll just remind all of you that the corn flakes are amazing here.

We should probably go to bed, but we have so much more to do. Written evaluations of all of our kids are due next week (18 kids..), we have the next two weeks of lessons to plan, we have to organize lists of tokens.. and we just ran out of hot chocolate. This weekend is going to fly by waaay too fast.

UPDATE: 3:22AM We just finished all or our evaluations and I made 4 charts of speaking qualities and token rates (teacher mumbo jumbo). Now onto lesson plans? HAHAHA lasdfjklsgfbiugej.
