This was the bus. That's Audrey enjoying the bus. And Auvi.
Auvi had a cute bus buddy. A few minutes into the 1.5 hour ride, he started petting her arm and meowing. Also, he sang to us about the weather.
The weather was basically this:
WHICH SUCKS. Because right where those clouds are? Yeah, that's the Black Sea. Had it been sunny, this would've been an amazing picture.
Anyway, I'm over that little rant. We made it to Yalta, found where we were staying, and headed out to explore. The route to the beach/boardwalk was pretty much one big botanical garden.
This popped up randomly.

We died of happiness when we saw this. If you don't have an undying love for European cafes like we do, I'm sorry, there are many more to come.
Best tiramisu in the world. If you want some, I can tell you where to go. No distance is too far for tiramisu. Just remember that.
After the cafe, we were sitting on a bench watching people walk by, and a random homeless (not stray, not wild, just homeless.) dog came over and sat under me. It wasn't even raining so I don't understand why he needed shelter at that moment. A while later, we saw this dog again and he really wanted attention from me. Maybe I just come off as a dog lover. That wouldn't be false.
We only stayed in Yalta for one night so it was cheaper (because there were ten of us) to rent an apartment for the night. Somehow, we found this:
The main room was BRIGHT blue and had a fake brick fireplace painted on the wall. Oh, and a boar's head. Because where else would you put one of those if not over a fake fireplace?
Just so you get the full effect..
The hallway was BRIGHT pink.
This is Audrey and my room. It's BRIGHT green, if you can't tell. With green sheets, small heart shaped green pillows, and green curtains. I know that they look more blue in this picture, but trust me, they were definitely green. We had a very interesting night in there. First of all, when you put us in the same room even, how are we supposed to sleep? But you want us to share a bed? Yeah right. We were in waaay too much of a giggle mood to be that near each other and be expected to sleep. Psh.
The next day we woke up and bussed it to Sevastapol.

amazing fireplace...and you can bring the dog home!
